The pelvic floor is the base of our core. It plays a major role in stabilizing as we brace to support a load, and shares connections with our diaphragm that is so important for proper breathe. We need a happy balance between tension/contraction and relaxation/suppleness in order for our pelvic floor to function well and prevent those small pee leeks you might notice when jumping, hopping, coughing or sneezing. Learn how to activate and relax this area as we work the core and improve our balance throughout the body to feel your best throughout the day!
