So much of back pain is caused by a weakness in our amazing gluteal muscles. Our side glutes especially are meant to help you stabilize on one leg, for balance and for walking. When we don’t have the strength AND mobility here, we try to make up for it with our backs instead….making them VERY UNHAPPY! Join me as we work the side glutes in a variety of ways, open the back, hips and side seems so you and your back can be as happy as can be!
